| A special report of the humanitarian rescue program which is carried out by the Army during the last stage of war in Vannin was hand over to the President Rajapaksa this morning. |

This report includes the evidence of high ranking officials of the Army and incidents which took lace during the war time. However this special report was prepared under the direction of Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa. According to the sources this report will be released to the media on 1st of August. |
